Black Survivors of Sexual Assault Institute(BSSAI)
This non-profit organization was created to offer direct services, support, and healing for Black survivors of sexual assault. We understand that survivors need culturally responsive and trauma-informed services, which is why our team is committed to providing personalized care and support to those we serve.
At the BSSAI, we believe that prevention and advocacy are key to creating a safer, healthier community. Our team provides technical assistance, prevention programs, and advocacy to inspire safety, love, and health in the Black community.
We are here to support survivors on their journey to healing and empowerment. Our team includes highly trained and compassionate professionals who understand the unique challenges faced by Black survivors of sexual assault. From crisis intervention and counseling to legal advocacy, we offer a wide range of services to survivors and their families on their Road to Happiness.
