At the YMCA, we are committed to doing our part to reduce infant mortality in Franklin, Delaware, Logan, and Pickaway Counties, as well as eliminate the racial disparities. Our Community Health Team works primarily with families who are expecting or have infants under the age of one, to make sure they have the resources necessary to help strengthen families and reduce maternal stress. We can help connect you to: A safe space for baby to sleep FREE pregnancy tests and proof of pregnancy Emergency diapers Formula & baby supplies Home visiting services Parent support groups Medical care Counseling

Stable Families Program
At the YMCA, through our Early Childhood Resource Network + program (ECRN+), we empower families to create and maintain stable environments where children can grow and thrive. By intentionally focusing on school stability, secure and appropriate housing, and increasing family engagement, we aim to promote long-term family success. Families with children currently enrolled in Pre-K - 12th grade may apply for this program which lasts up to 12 months. WAYS WE HELP Provide home-based services Work on financial literacy Link families with job training opportunities Identify resources for the family to increase income Provide financial assistance to maintain safe housing Link families to community-based services Help to ensure children’s academic success GED resource linkage

Equipment Loaning
We loan out adaptive equipment to children, teens, and adults for 90 day loan periods. Equipment includes walkers, bolsters, feeding chairs, walker, sensory devices, and other adaptive equipment.
