Dwell Community Church offers free medical care to those who do not have Medicaid/Medicare or private insurance and are below the 200% poverty level. Can facilitate lab work and referrals to other free specialists. Does not provide school, work or sports physicals, disability, social security, workers compensation or any other type of disability claims, STD or pregnancy testing. Clinics are closed on national holidays falling on Mondays.

Must call for appointment during COVID-19 outbreak. Free optometry services: free exam and, in many cases, free glasses. No disability claims will be processed. Patient must have no insurance, Medicaid/Medicare of any kind. Income must be under 200% of poverty level
