The Home Weatherization (HWAP), WARM CHOICE and Energy Advocate programs provide home energy conservation assistance including housing unit inspections; attic, wall and basement insulation; and access to energy-efficient applications to help lower home energy costs and reduce environmental pollutants. The Home Weatherization Assistance Program is a year -round program. Customers may request an application in person Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. until 5 p.m. at IMPACT’s Headquarters, 711 Southwood, Columbus, Ohio 43207 Home Energy Assistance Program customers may request HWAP services at the time of their application.
