Nationwide Children's has been present in the Linden community for over 25 years and currently has a Primary Care Center on Cleveland Avenue, and expanding the Healthy Neighborhoods Healthy Families (HNHF) program in the Linden area, providing a holistic approach to strengthening the broader community.
