Join us for the first Community Connects Meeting
As we begin the new year, your Franklin County Auditor’s office is preparing to kick off a series of monthly events called Community Connects where you can interact with experts from different departments to learn more about what your Auditor’s office can do for you.

PrimaryOne Health
Provides integrated, comprehensive primary care, including OB/GYN and pediatrics, to individuals and families. Sliding-fee scale based on income and family size. Minimal co-pay for the uninsured will be explained at the time an appointment is made. Accepts most health care insurance, Medicare and Medicaid. Telehealth and in-person appointments available.
Primary health care, OB/GYN, pediatrics, dental, vision, case management, transportation, and outreach
services for individuals with established homeless status. Intake assessment is required. Can provide
referrals for mental health care and substance abuse counseling access.
Utilizes a sliding scale fee for uninsured patients. Services include eye exams and eye wear fittings,
including glasses and contact lenses. Some insurances are accepted. Call for details.
Franklin County residents only. Low-cost dental care. Fillings, exams, cleanings and extractions. Medicaid
and private insurance accepted. Sliding-fee scale based on household income. To qualify for the sliding
fee, you must bring two current pay stubs (within the last 30 days) or Social Security award letter. Call for
a complete list of acceptable proof. You must also bring a current electric, gas or home phone bill and a
picture ID. If you have any questions, contact the clinic you wish to visit.
