Andrew Neutzling
Andrew Neutzling is a Senior Service Planner at Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) with more than 8 years of experience serving Columbus. He recieved his Bachelor's of Urban Planning from the University of Cincinnati, where he recieved specialized in Geographical Information Systems and Historic Preservation before obtaining his Masters in City and Regional Planning from The Ohio State University.
